BROTHER ALI: Added to DILATED PEOPLES' European tour (2013) + 'Left In The Deck' video

Dilated Peoples are now on Atmosphere’s Rhymesayers label and will be joined by labelmate Brother Ali for their forthcoming European tour in November.
