Could this explain J Star’s recent, inspired and far-superior-to-the-original Warren G-featuring reggae mash-up Regulate Rock? Either that man’s finger is firmly on the hip-hop pulse or he is luckier than Lady Luck’s lucky rabbit’s foot.
